I had a wonderful experience with River today! Thank you for the excellent service.

For regular customers who spend quite a bit, this penny-pinching attitude can be quite off-putting. Fortunately, the long-time, easy-going staff really make the place enjoyable, and they often remember your name, which is nice. One downside is that there aren't many power outlets available, and there's only one taller standing table option. There’s definitely room for more of these taller tables with power plugs. Having been a patron here for nearly 25 years, I consider it a staple in the Waterford community.

I took my elderly mother out for a coffee in the afternoon, but when we arrived, I realized there was no wheelchair access at the entrance. While I was helping her with the wheelchair, a young man who works there came out from behind the counter to open the door and assist us in getting inside. His kindness made a real difference. Thank you to that young man for being so thoughtful—it’s evident that his mother raised him well!

They were very attentive to my allergies and made sure to clean the blender thoroughly, which led to my drink being prepared perfectly.
