Taco Bell - Waterloo

Real hard job- asked for no beans, got beans on everything. Dorito taco not in sleeve so it completely stuck to the wrapper and was essentially garbage. Customer service is 100% worst in the area. The ‘boxes’ aren’t used and your stuff gets randomly tossed in a bag with your tacos half covered by the wrapper half loose in the bag. Save your money and eat at home or go to McDonald’s. This place is a great place to go if you like throwing your money away!

My order was wrong and cold. I ordered 3 taco supremes and I got 3 tacos with meat cheese and lettuce. No tomatoes or sour cream. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a chicken Quesadilla and black beans and rice for delivery. Food arrived lukewarm AT BEST, and instead of the beans and rice they gave me a bean burtito...also lukewarm... People talk about how this restaurant has improved, but I don't see it. Help is still inept as hell. Won't be giving them my business again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch
