Burger King - Waukegan

Burger was beaten up, all topping slid on one side. and because it was late, they can say that they were the burger microwaves because one half was hot and the other curls war while inside was cold.

The woman in the drive-thru had a very nasty attitude, and I don't talk about the short dark hair she's ingenious.

I sit here at 6:35 clock and the workers hide in the back no want, where is the manager please and thank you

I would give the zero stars if I could for the customer service as far as the food goes it's Burger King quality you will get Burger King food. The service is always rude and lacking they're always out of supplies. Today I went there to order a two for five and I ordered the original chicken sandwich and a whopper stating two for five and instead of the girl saying anything she just pulled up to the window and charge me full price for both. I simply told her that the sign showed that the whopper and the original chicken sandwich was both on sale for two for five and she said no it's only the original chicken sandwich. I told her but there's a burger on the menu so your picture on your sign should be changed then. I did not know that burger kind offered a quarter pounder instead of simply corrected me saying that the burgers they could offer with that deal with this or that she just wanted to argue that the only thing on sale was a chicken sandwich. Then she snapped at me through the window getting an attitude which was very unprofessional just because I told her that the sign had a picture of a burger on it. Yes I was mistaken it was not a whopper but she simply could've corrected that by letting me know which burger it was a burger is a burger is a burger. There's no reason she had to have an attitude over nothing. This is not the first time that we've gone there and people want to get a attitude with you. It's very unfortunate but I'll take my business elsewhere there's other Burger King's in town with better customer service I'd rather drive a little bit further than deal with their Attitudes there.
