Feedback gevenHorrible!!!! Manager in charge not sympathetic at all to the fact that her employee spilled super hot coffee burning my hand. Employee never apologized, all she did was handed me a bunch of napkins, after handing me a hot cup of coffee without the lipplaced properly, partially opened, which I noticed after it burned me. The manager in charge, all she had to say sarcastically,was that she got burned herself many times and that a supervisor, Cesar, will call, after I provided my name and phone number.I?m in pain from the burn on my hand and I had to plead a sorry from the manager after I insisted on asking what she was goingto do about it.
WHEN WE FIRST CAME THIS PLACE SAID THEY HAD NO TOAST, STRAWBERRIES OR CHOCOLATE DONUTS. Everything we wanted to order they didn?t have. We waited 10 minutes to get our order taken with no one in front of us and we arnt satisfied with the food we hadto order. This place was super sketch and you could barely hear the lady through the mic. Worst dunkin ever. ????
I either receive the wrong items or they are burnt. How is this acceptable?
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. We waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru line with no one ahead of us, and they didn't have any of the items we wanted to order. They were out of chocolate donuts, bread, strawberries, and more. It's hard to understand how a place focused on selling donuts could be out of such common options. While we waited for our food, the service was incredibly slow, and the microphone was so quiet that we could hardly hear anything. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here. To top it off, the food I ordered was burnt. I'm really disappointed.
Terrible experience! I walked in to order a coffee and a dozen donuts, but no one ever came to take my order. They seem so focused on the drive-thru that they completely ignored the customers who were there. I eventually just walked out, and I don’t even think they noticed I was gone.
