The soda/drink machine was being serviced for entire time there. They never offered up a refund for drinks we couldn't get until we were leaving. Usually their food is good, but this time all their meats were tough and rubbery. The Chinese sausage was bad. We used to stop here when in area but may not stop here again. Gone down hill. I was so excited to come to Wausau's HuHot since ours closed in Eau claire. I noticed they've streamlined things with paying on entry, no waitress, self-serve drinks, and the cooks and hostesses were bussing tables. All seemed to run smoothly with the adjustments. They also added self-serve ice cream, so that's a bonus! Love this place! I absolutely love all the choices available.
