Eliza's Tea Rooms - Waverley

This restaurant has spacious tea rooms and consistently delicious food. I particularly enjoy their sausage balls and their carb-free breakfast, but they also offer amazing specialty dishes. The cakes from their own bakery in Milford are especially fantastic, made with butter and cream, and some are even gluten-free.

Do not often take time to stop breakfast. but in eliza’s when picking up bits from the building, fast service would recommend

My friend and I enjoyed a light lunch at this restaurant and were very impressed by the experience. The atmosphere was light and airy, clean, and beautifully designed. The service was great, attentive but not overwhelming. We both had sandwiches that were filled and cooked well, and very tasty. My friend had a fruit milkshake that I may have stolen a sip of, and it was delicious - not too heavy and with a nice earthy taste. Overall, this place left a big impression on us and I would definitely recommend it for coffee and a light lunch.

It's great to be able to dine indoors again. The soup was creamy and hot, which was very enjoyable. This restaurant is a good spot for lunch and conversation, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Additionally, there is a charming outdoor seating area with a view of the milder weather.

I regularly stop off for a freshly made sandwich to take away. Everything is made fresh following the order and is just superb. I love a sandwich at lunchtime and I have never been able to buy one in the area that is anywhere close...to the quality of this little tea room. The staff are charming and efficient. As close to perfection as one can get!
