Taco John's - Waverly

So why is it that you go here in Waverly and it takes well I been here for at least 10 mins it is 535 and I'm just leaving now. The taco meat is different than normal it's not the same Taco John's meat that I've always had they've done something and changed it for some weird reason. It's thicker the normal or something I just I don't care for it but maybe other people do. Besides the 10 minutes I waited in line after my receipt I had already been there for 5 minutes before ordering the food and then getting up to the window which there was nobody in front of me so 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru no thank you. My food was cold and not good it was a waste of time waiting in that drive-thru.. this is an ongoing thing at the drive-thru for a while but today was just ridiculous and then with the food being changed. That's a deal breaker and all I ordered was a six pack and a pound

I continue to give Waverly Taco Johns chance after chance it just seems to get worse every time! Only car in the drive thru at 9pm. Waited 15 minutes after paying. Employees wearing sweatpants stocking hats. Talking on the phone. Food is already off warmers, toppings getting picked out of Olay cups. Everytime we go there they forget at least 1 item. After we receive the food we did, it was very cold, sloppy soggy. Employees had friends hanging out in the kitchen. Never again. 0/10 recommend.

1st time here, went inside to order didn't know there was drive thru window, large assortment on menu , easy to order, polite employees and food was excellent

Good food, nice portions. Pleasant drive thru staff.

The food was Lukewarm. You don’t get very much for the amount you pay. Toco bell puts them to shame.
