Chick-fil-a - Waxahachie

This restaurant has the largest store in the market. The staff are exceptional. For instance, my son and I got out of our car and headed towards the door. A young lady came and opened it for us. I tried to tell her I could do it myself, but she insisted on helping. It was a nice gesture. Then we waited in line at the register. The staff there were incredibly kind and polite. If only the rest of the world could learn from Chick-fil-A employees. My experience was truly outstanding. The food was delicious. Thank you to the hardworking staff for creating such a great dining experience.

You're great! Most Chick-fil-A’s do a really great job, but the Waxahachie site goes beyond and beyond. I was here today and although it was crazy, you made everything as smooth as possible. When I got my execution order, you gave me a voucher to wait and when the server saw that I had my hands full of three children, she offered me the food for me! After an incredibly busy morning that really brightened my day, so thank you for everything you do for your customers!

We love our Waxahachie Chick-fil-A!! We are here several times a week: it is a great place to have a wonderful meal and let the children play. Everyone there is super friendly and the service and the food are always excellent! PS. Can you bring all PLEASE back the multigrain bung? My chicken sandwich is not the same without it. The replacement is not great.

I have traveled throughout Texas for work and stopped in many CFA's and never found one that is close to quality service and quality foods that this CFA consistently serves! From the My Pleasure 's to the accuracy of order there is no better CFA in the nation than CFA Waxahachie!

I have been to a lot of different locations and this is by far the best. The staff goes above and beyond giving great service. They are so pleasant and friendly and it feels genuine not fake
