Poor food and even poorer service items missing the manager stayed on the phone the whole time I was there and didn't seem interested in assisting anyone

Ordered food at 9:00 AM on a Sunday, received a notification that the store is now currently closed... after they confirmed my order

I stopped by in the morning for breakfast and while the service was nice, i could tell they were very understaffed. My food was prompt but my coffee mug was dirty and the fruit i had with pancakes was old.

We have finally found a very people friendly, great service, and delicious food!! Maria is sooo nice, made us feel very welcomed, and the service/food was delicious!! Strawberry Cheesecake pancakes are to die for! Def going back, and can't wait to try other things on the menu

We had very different expectations for this place. It looked so cute from the outside, adorable name, great location. I'm not sure how this place stays in business in such a prime location near so many awesome restaurants. To start with the positive: the service was great. Very nice people who were very attentive. The food was sub-par. I enjoyed and ate the classic Eggs Benedict, but it was very boring. Nothing stood out in either of our meals. The hash browns were bland, the huevos rancheros were bland... which should never be the case. It tasted as if the cheese in the huevos rancheros was beginning to go bad. The bathroom was a mess, giant toilet paper roll left on the floor and the soap dispenser empty... luckily there was a wall soap dispenser that had soap in it. From the bathroom to the booths to the food, it was just... disappointing. The cute egg chairs they had was the only redeeming part of the atmosphere inside. It wasn't a terrible experience, but we won't be back.
