Disgusting old hard nasty bacon not fresh at all no seasoning salt as requested and guy had to punch in my order times

A&W has two locations at Welland's Seaway Mall - one in the food court and a stand-alone building on the same property. We have dined at both locations and can confidently say that this review applies to both. When it comes to fast food burgers, everyone has their favorite, and A&W offers a variety from their small Buddy Burger to the large Papa Burger. Our personal favorite is the Teen Burger, which we believe is the best burger compared to others served at fast food restaurants. Additionally, A&W is known for their delicious root beer served in mugs, and their onion rings are unmatched in taste. While A&W's prices may be slightly higher than other burger chains, the quality of the food justifies the cost.

My kid talked me into a late night meal at A&W after gymnastics one evening. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was much tastier than expected and quite good for fast food. They delivered the meal to our table which was a nice touch and...nothing beats drinking A&W root beer out of an iced mug! The place was a bit dirty and needed a good cleaning but this could have been the result of a busy night and/or unenthusiastic staff. Will definitely check this place out again!

I frequently visit this restaurant for breakfast and always enjoy it. The service is pretty good. Tonight, I decided to go through the drive-thru since there was no line. I ordered two combos and was shocked by the price. I thought there was a mistake, but I was told there wasn't. The price for two burger combos was too high for me, especially since I had my grandson with me. The employee said he would check for coupons, but after speaking to someone over the headset, he informed me there were none available. I work at a fast food restaurant myself, and I believe this situation could have been handled better. Unfortunately, I won't be returning due to the high prices.
