Strathmore Bagels Deli - Wellington

The hostesses at this restaurant were terribly rude. When we went for breakfast and requested our usual waitress, we were told she was not available, even though she was right there directing us to a table. This former waitress turned hostess was incredibly impolite. I recommend trying Keke's down the street at Forest Hill and 441 for better food, service, and prices. The hostess, an older, heavyset redhead, had a very unpleasant personality. Other customers also mentioned experiencing poor service, high prices, and mediocre food. It may be best to save your money and look for a different restaurant to enjoy.

Sherry was our waitress this morning- she suggested we get a brunch platter- so right!! We have enough food left for at least 2 more meals. It was delicious, she was super attentive and we left full and happy. Thank you Sherry and Strathmore- we?ll beback!

Wow ???? Strathmore Bagels had a line out the door on Sunday so I decided to try them. The line went fairly quickly. I?ve got to say these are the closest I?ve found to be as good as a NY bagel. The bagel?s were very fresh and the perfect amount of creamcheese and butter. The seated area was packed but I didn?t see a line for seating only the counter was crowded. We willdefinitely be coming back here again. 7/26/22 went here again and what an impressive selection and service. The seating areahad a good amount of customers and wait staff looked like the ran a tight ship. Definitely will visit again. ????

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this restaurant I have been a loyal patron of for years. I placed an order two days ago for a special family birthday celebration, but when I arrived to pick it up, they had no record of it, despite me providing my credit card information. I had to re-order everything, including half a pound of nova, but they tried to give me day-old, pre-cut nova instead of freshly sliced. The manager did not apologize for the mistake and made me wait an additional 20 minutes for the fresh nova. This level of service is unacceptable and I believe the only reason they are still in business is due to the lack of competition in the area. Overall, I was very disappointed and do not plan on returning.

Personally, I often find myself unable to settle on just one bagel and end up selecting multiple. Among my favorites are the pumpernickel, marble rye, seeded rye, and pumpkin seed varieties. Each one is truly delicious and baked fresh daily at Strathmore Bagels. Located in the Wellington area, this gem may be a more convenient option for those looking for a delicious bagel fix compared to other delis in the vicinity.
