Whitehorse Fashion Cuisine - Wellington

Eating was good, service was good- waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about most food. the size of the portion was for the price on the smaller side. for an average steak, $45 is high with it comes without side and no salat. but we knew this was coming and enjoyed our meal. there are not many restaurants in this area so we whitehouse chosen for the location. weeping was also nice. with our dinner a beautiful bottle cabernet.

Terrible! have made reservations for valentinstag. we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated, with reservation. when we finally sit, no one came to the table. not even eye contact from everyone. After 20 minutes waiting for a server, we decided to go somewhere else. really a daunt and tail of time. we will certainly not be back.

My wife and I have often enjoyed this place, but this time the service was terrible. we had a reservation for 7:15. we finally sat at 8:00 o'clock and waited 15 minutes to welcome from our server and ordered drinks. 45 minutes later, we've been flying someone to ask where drinks were as it was now 9:00. that was good when we finally got it half an hour later. my wife asked what she was for gloomy and the waiter gave the opportunity of chocolate cake, my wife told her she doesn't like chocolate cake so that they offer a fruit amaretto cake. it came and was a chocolate cake with cries in it, so my wife was not satisfied. I hope they fix the problem with the service because eating is always good.

Made a reservation for two for 7:00 on Valentines Day but upon arriving was told we will still have to wait for a table since there were no “tables for two” available. I sat for 25 minutes waiting for our reservation while half the restaurant had empty tables. The hostess explained she cannot seat two people at a table for five. So we watched larger parties sit ahead of us despite having a reservation. I am eight months pregnant and was dining with my eight year old daughter so getting a drink at the bar as the hostess suggested was not an option either. Then waited to be greeted and get drinks for a little bit longer than usual. Food was good, server seemed new but tried hard nonetheless and was great with my daughter. I will not be recommending White Horse to others as I thought it was very rude and unprofessional to keep us waiting for a table for so long when you knew you had tables for two booked in advance. Did not feel accommodated being told I can go to the bar with a pregnant belly and a small child. Disappointing Valentine’s Day experience, especially for the price.

Food average. Service pleasant but very unorganized. Kind employees, very poor management and organization.
