Visited first time last night . Told the girlTaking our order it was our first time and how does “it work” since we didn’t see ice-cream flavors listed anywhere just toppings and a speciality menu . She mumbled a couple ice cream flavors and pointed to the toppings . I asked for a waffle cone with vanilla and mint topping and was told that can’t be done . She was rushing us and I ended up ordering something I didn’t want because she was very unclear with ordering instructions and didn’t care to help . I get there’s a line you have to move along on a Saturday night but the customer service fell flat for me and I will not go back

I recently had the pleasure of visiting, and overall, I was quite impressed. The store had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The store was also clean and well maintained, which made for a positive experience.The custard itself was creamy and delicious, with a good variety of flavors and options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the mud pie. I would definitely recommend this shop to others who are looking for a sweet treat in town.

This place is 6 Stars as far as Frozen Custard, and the service provided by their team. I have yet to get anything I did not enjoy eating to the last spoonful. They also have amazing choices for Milkshakes which will keep you coming back. But wait there's more...you can also purchase from the freezer as you wait in line any variety of fresh made Custards which you can take home to the family and fight over. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know along with taking friends Family to go there when they come to visit. The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable since you get what you pay for.
