Hell Pizza - Wellington

Placed online order and waited 10min longer than due. Waiting the extra 10 no worries but got the idea they only start making it when. We walked in. Pizza was good though... Ordered through Uber, at the time it was meant to be delivered Hell called and said they no longer offer the pizza I ordered. I suggested they swap out the unavailable pizza for a pizza that was less expensive and Hell could keep the difference. The staff member told me I had to cancel my order and re-order. He was rude and unaccommodating, at no point did he apologise. I didn't want to cancel because I didn't want the cancellation fees or the trouble of reordering, they left me no option and by the time I did cancel and attempt to reorder, the business was closed. Other times I've experienced something like this the restaurant has called right away and offered replacement item.
