This place is very unprofessional I always came here, but won? The employees who are hired for the domestic season are very unprofessional and rude. The manager is very rude and ghetto I want to file a formal complaint against her and her staff? A new phase.
Update: I have published a complaint on the company website. the next day the manager came to me this place and apologized for what happened. she told me I'd get a free drink when I was ready. I had to reach them directly and leave their names and their number. I was a long time customer of honey baked ham so I was very appreciated that they follow. I have bought honey baked ham for the last years every holiday season. every year I know that I make a reservation for my 3-5lb boneless ham because they don't get it otherwise. this year I have made my reservation 2 weeks ago thanksgiving week to make sure that I could get a reservation. I received my confirmation email along with my pick-up date and time. When I arrived at the storage place to pick it up, I was told by the workers in the shop that they did not have mine sinking and my reservation guaranteed no sinking. These are novelties for me and the first time that it hasn't worked for years. I don't trust this place for my holiday ham in the future.
I loved this place and visited it once a week for lunch on the top of regular holiday purchases, but the service has dramatically dropped between dumbing down menu elements and employees not attention in the production of food. The last straw for me showed up with a reservation for a turkey the day before Thanksgiving, just to be informed that they only sold turkeys to customers who prepaid because they ran short, and that? Our reservations are no guarantee that you will be served? ll get? Would you trust your holiday dinner of this kind of service? I won?
Sign LITERALLY says they sign by the slice for turkey and ham, but they said they don't do that. The store manager refused to sell by the slice. We then asked about their smallest ham to purchase, and she said we had to reserve it to buy it. All the hams in the store she refused to sell to anyone unless you went and purchased it online or through the app. Good luck seniors and those without smart phones, because you won't be able to buy anything from this place! Way to turn away customers!
