7-eleven - West Babylon

The prices at this 7-Eleven are higher than those at other stores, and they charge different taxes for the products. It's frustrating that my phone needed charging, and I had to pay more than expected.

Avoid this place. The coffee is burnt and they don’t offer iced coffee. One staff member is constantly on his phone when he should be attending to customers. The parking lot is a disaster. The owners can be heard yelling and laughing in another language. Even if you decide to try the new café down the road, you won't escape them because they own that one too.

I strongly advise against using their lottery scratch-off machine, as it caused me some problems. However, I want to mention that the manager reached out to me, and I appreciate the prompt response. This reflects their good customer service.

To Tiwana I let you know the price and i was not being arrogant. For the size of container you have for the refill is a large refill. There are 2 prices, one for small and one for large. If others dont charge accordingly then it wouldn't be our fault. Next time please refrain from berating and yelling at anyone and find your facts.

The owner, Akta and Nirav Patel overcharges for refills, he's very uncooperative and arrogant! I would NOT reccomend this establishment to anyone, Peter is gone and so is the previous owner, he was wonderful! Be aware he also has another 7-Eleven located at 550 Straight Path as well.
