Feedback gevenAttempted to order online at 5:30pm on 3/21/24, but online ordering was turned off. Drove 20 minutes and daughters went in to order at 5:51pm and told couldn’t get the “buy one get one drink” offered today between 1-6pm because we didn’t order online. Daughter’s ordered and waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks. I stayed in the car and watched the car line for the drive thru clear out twice. Others in the building waited longish and came in AFTER my girls, but were served. My daughters waited patiently and were last served given 1 drink then waited 5 more minutes for the other 2 (maybe to assist drive thru that arrived . Customer service was poor…No “thank you”, no “sorry for the wait”. (My girls give good customer service at work so they knew this was not good service. I then called and spoke to Lydia Stern and she was defensive stating “well, since you sat in the car you saw how busy it was” which was no excuse for that long of a wait which no sense of order and lack of good customer service. Lydia was rude and insincere, but offered two free drinks for next time. In reading comments, I see others have shared similar complaints. It’s almost as if you get punished for going inside to order? Very unwelcoming staff w poor customer service skills.
Experience worse every year. Almost 3 bucks for a small coffee from a fancy kuerig machine. Coffee wasn't bad but not as good as I remember in the past. Didn't ask if I wanted cream or sugar. Didn't have a place where I could add my own cream and sugar. Ambiance is bad on purpose I think. Not cozy. Super loud distracting music. Not a great place to study. I wish there was an alternative in West Bend on a Saturday afternoon.
Delicious! Erin was our barista, and she was so nice!!! So were all of the other workers too!
Love them, even on there busiest day they are delitful people.
