Dunkin' - West Brookfield

They just don't bother toasting the avacado toast anymore. 3rd time I've had bread not at all toasted. Today i ordered 2 neither were toasted at all. This is the last Dunkin location I go to because of this exact thing. They can't be bothered to do their job correctly. Sad.

Some of the rudest employees I have ever come across at any Dunkins. Started over the speaker with the tone, then at the window when we questioned what they were telling us at the window as it differed from the cost shown at ordering, as well as what was said when the order was handed to us. She stated it was a sandwich when we just ordered a bagel. When my mother questioned it the young lady snapped at her.The price when we ordered was 7 something. At the window I was told 4 something and when I questioned it saying it was too low I was told SHE was correct. Well I just checked my app and it was indeed 7 and some change.I understand that it was busy but the attitudes from both girls we interacted with was absolutely atrocious and uncalled for.

We went there around 6:15 at night . 4 employees were working and couldn’t be bothered with us so we left after waiting a good amount of time before anyone acknowledged us . There was nobody in the store or at the drive

My visit via the drive thru was quick. The crew were pleasant and welcoming.
