Panera Bread - West Caldwell Twp

Not pet friendly... guys, it is different time, keep up with the changes, make little section for customers with pets. Though I have to admit that man at the cashier was so NICE and HELPFUL I can't thank him enough. He even brought our order outside where we had to wait for our sandwiches.

Food was great, service was quick, but while I was sitting on the bench waiting to pick up my order, an employee came over, stood way to close to me and started talking rudely about people that only order for 1 person and how this was not a park. I was just waiting for my food, yes I ordered just for me but I also had a second sandwich for a friend, and if they would prefer I go to another Panera where people are polite, I can certainly do that. Did not know solo patrons were frowned on. He even banged on the back of my bench. It was an older man with unkempt facial hair. I only knew he worked there because of his shirt and because he went back behind the register. He made me rather uncomfortable. Usually Panera is such a nice place to visit! Disappointing!

Never order delivery from this Panera online! I know it's not exactly their fault because they contract out to DoorDash, but I've ordered several times to have food delivered to my job (about 5 minutes away), and it's never once been delivered. Every time they give me a credit which I use to try and place another order another day, so I'm not losing my money and every single time it's not delivered.

Sort emo boy with glasses was very shy, but I was able to open him up. I'm astonished by this employees service; when I spilled my drink on my pants he came over quickly to give me a new set of clothes. You will never find an employe like this ever. He also adds extra salad dressing on my cobb salad anytime he sees me and I order it. I'm glad I went here. 10/10 ?
