Enzo's Italian Eatery - West Chester

Tonight's dinner was a mistake. It felt like a three-ring circus with 4 or 5 young servers walking around and constantly bumping into each other. I ordered pasta for my wife and a sandwich for myself, which had to be paid for in advance. The pasta arrived after 20 minutes, but the sandwich was nowhere to be seen. It seemed like nobody even knew that a sandwich had been ordered. They said they would make it, but I would have to wait another 10 minutes. There was no concern shown for the mistake and no effort made to correct it. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked for a refund. The money was returned to me, but without even an apology. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I work for DoorDash and drive everywhere between Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. This place is by far the most prejudiced, racist place I have ever been to. The customers looked at me like I didn't belong there, which was quite overwhelming. Even if the darker colored clients believe me when I say we usually get a lot of stares, having one person staring at me the whole time was unbearable. Not to mention a group of people who no longer ate and left as if my presence had ruined their appetites. I don't blame the staff for this, as they were professional, but they were also aware of what was happening and nobody addressed it.

I ordered from this restaurant three times last week and it was perfect. However, today my order was incorrect. I paid $12.95 for a ham and cheese sandwich with only salad and mayo, and $10 for just cheese. I was disappointed with the lack of ham and cheese on my sandwich. When I mentioned this to the restaurant, they responded, but seemed less interested than when I called to let them know before leaving a review. Is this just a publicity stunt?

I love this place! we had the most beautiful server ever and had the best service. the salate were excellent to start and our server got me more dressing than I ran out and I didn't even have to ask her she was very fast on her feet. our evening meal was absolutely fabulous and had great taste. everything in the menu looked so appetizing! I will definitely return and I can't wait to explore her menu! I recommend and thank you to the staff for such a wonderful dinner and experience.

Enzo’s is ALWAYS my go-to. Best customer service and every item on the menu is high quality. 110% recommend to anyone and everyone!
