Never forgiven them for refusing to make me a pizza when it was twenty minutes till closing time. No explanation given, just a flat out no.

I waited over an hour for a 12 inch pizza and 2 cans of juice at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold. When I called to complain, I was told by the takeaway that they were busy and they would leave a message for their boss. I don't think it's fair for people to pay for food that is not up to standard and not be offered a refund. I mentioned that my kids had already waited long enough so I didn't want a replacement. If the restaurant is busy, they should hire more drivers or deliver the food straight to the house to prevent it from getting cold. Overall, it was a waste of money and I will not be ordering from this place again.

Waited 1&1/2 hrs for delivery.... only to get Luke warm greasy food, one of our dishes had not one but two hairs in it

I waited over 1 hour for a pizza and I received it at 11:28 I then took into consideration it’s a Saturday night and they are busy,,,, the pizza I could of blown it hotter it was freezing cold so I then called up and they told me to hold on to the pizza and take it into them tomorrow it’s an absolute joke and I will be confident to stay well clear of this place save your money and go else where honestly an utter shambles

The service at this restaurant is absolutely awful. It took over 2 hours for the delivery to arrive, while most other takeaways manage to deliver in 45 minutes or less. I would recommend avoiding this place. It's a shame because the food is actually quite good.
