I didn’t even have chance to other my food I try to pay cash the lady say she was so busy couldn’t take my order

Rude attendant on the drive thru. Bad experience with customer service tonight

Rushed to order my food cause they were getting a line and threatening to cancel my order, overnight staff need a reality check. Im paying for my food and you’re working by the hour. Y'all hate your job then quit! bitter employees.

The dining area is nice. It seems like their forcing you to use the app or kiosk, no one maintaining the counter. Food should have been brought to the table, it was not. Not sure how long it sat there, fries were not hot. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand sanitizer. Receipt didn't print out. I normally go through the drive through so Ive never experienced this lack of customer service. Disappointing to say the least.

I honestly am so disappointed in the service here. online it clearly says they close at 11pm as well as on the door. i’m not sure why when i went at 1015 they denied me of entry. i would’ve gladly went through the drive thru but i wanted to use my points to redeem for free food so when i asked them at the drive thru they straight up said no were rude as hell.
