The white pizza was delicious, and the Buffalo chicken pizza was a little strong with blue cheese dressing. The garlic knots weren't the worst, but also can't say I would recommend them. The main complaint is that the temperature in the building was at least 85° at 5 pm on a Friday. The temperature was almost to the point of leaving. I'm not sure if the owner is trying to save on bills or if something was broken during our visit, but it made it hard to enjoy the food. We did mention it to the very friendly waitress as we could sympathize with her running around like crazy in the unbearable heat.
PizzaVola is a family favorite for us. The new restaurant is beautiful inside. Hard to beat the pizza
Unable to give no stars. Waited 90 minutes for delivery. When the pizza finally came I looked at it and gave it right back to the driver. It was overcooked and covered in huge air bubbles. They said they’d have another brought out in 30 minutes. Almost 60 minutes later and still no pizza. Called again; they’re short on drivers. I requested a refund. No manager to apologize. My first and last time ordering there.
The food is usually amazing but it takes 1 to 1.5 hours for delivery every single time. Doesn't matter what we order or when we order. A pepperoni pizza at 3pm on a Wednesday or a feast on a busy Saturday night will both be delivered at least an hour later. They need to get it together in there.
