Ray's World Famous -b Que

Good BBQ joint just off of I-40. My only real complaint would be was it had a bit more fat in the pulled pork than I would PREFER, but not all that much overall. Coleslaw and beans are on point as well!

We took a chance, and we are glad we did! Phenomenal barbecue and all of the sides had their own flair. Family owned for 50 years. And they make you feel like family when you are there.

Customer service was fantastic, and the Smokey meat smell that came out of the drive through window should be made into a candle. I?d highly recommend this place if your nearby.

We were on our long road trip from the Gulf home to Missouri when we stumbled onto Rays looking for something to eat. Boy we were lucky! That is some of the best BBQ I?ve ever eaten, and I?m from Kansas City!!! Our sandwiches were mouthwatering and those are the best collard greens I?ve ever had. Next time we?re in Memphis we will be back!

I will never eat there again! I try to give chances, but I gave them one too many. First of all, it seems like certain meals are not usually available and when they are, they aren 't good. I once ordered a banana pudding that tasted acidic and then got a green barbecue bologna sandwich. They even have the nerve to have no refunds taped to their drive-thru window!
