Sonic Drive-in - West Milwaukee

I informed the server that my slushy had no flavor and wasn't mixed properly. It tasted like ice, but she insisted it was made correctly and refused to exchange or remake it. This lack of customer service was disappointing, and I will not be returning to this restaurant. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place! When a customer provides feedback, it is important to acknowledge and address their concerns rather than dismissing them. I have purchased slushies here many times before, and they were always flavorful and colorful. This particular experience was unsatisfactory as it lacked both flavor and color, tasting simply like ice.

This restaurant was in very poor condition. Upon arriving, I parked in a spot and pressed the button, only to be informed that they only had a drive-thru. The smell was strong and unpleasant, reminiscent of marijuana. The employees were not very friendly. The cherry limeade I ordered tasted like 7Up and nothing else. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.
