Buffalo Wild Wings - West Monroe

Their grill was broken the day we visited, so no Phillies or brisket sandwiches. I had a fried chicken sandwich and my wife had a chicken wrap. Both were ok, but I had my mind set on BBQ brisket.

I’m sitting here waiting on my food and I one employee start to clean the glass door doors and the other employee walked up to her and said “you have clean that 5 times today. And I just wanna say. Give that employee that was cleaning a Raise please. I was in there at 8:20pm

The fries looked stale! Wings weren’t all that. Had to wait for quite a bit. There was a single waitress for like almost 4 tables.

The food was good once we finally got our order. It took almost an hour after we placed our order. It was lunch time but they weren’t busy. We were told 3 times our drinks would get refilled and finally did after about 20 mins. My first experience here wasn’t the best for $100.

We came for traditional wings on Tuesday. We have had Sam as our waiter the past few visits. He is a great server. Very attentive and well mannered. It's obvious he's got a good work ethic especially considering his age. Always busy tending to his tables. The wings were perfect. We usually come here weekly. Sam always makes sure we are taken care of. Being a business owner we know the importance of praising a employee when it's deserved.
