Starbucks - West Ocean City

Asia, Nick, Amy and Sarah are the sweetest most welcoming baristas I’ve ever met. I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks thanks to them. They made sure my drink was made to my expectations (it’s a complicated drink) and truly brightened up my day. I’m new to the area and will be coming back specifically to laugh and joke with them

The wonderful employees at the west ocean city location make sure to give personal and professional service each and every morning I go there. Ordering on the mobile app has never been a problem and they make that dialysis three times a week isn’t so bad going in armed and dangerous with my Starbucks meal and drink in hand! Thanks guys! Hats off or should I say hats on til warmer weather!?

While most of the time these chains are meant to be consistent among all the sites , there are clearly some that care more to hit that expectation than others and this location appears to be one. The employees were friendly, the drinks came out quickly and they were made exactly as expected.

We pull up at 7:58p.m not knowing the place closes at 8p.m. drive thru workers sees us and locks the window like she's protecting the bank from being held up and the other works literally runs to the front door to lock it before we can come in. This my friends is the difference between employees and owners! I bet neither one of them had moved that fast all day!! Do better Starbucks West Ocean City. Won't stop here again I promise and we are locals!!
