Feedback gevenOne of the best things that came out of the pandemic was the pop ups at Brodericks, this being one. The cheesesteaks are just so good. The meat has flavor, they have proper cheese whiz, the hot and sweet pickled peppers are on point. It's everything I want.
Cheesesteak was very bland, tasted like they don't even know what salt is. Fries were clearly burnt and they sent them anyways.
Was looking for cheesesteaks near my work and came across this place. Saw that it has an online ordering process through ChowNow, so I placed an order for two cheesesteaks, fries and chips. I'm super excited to try them and I get the confirmation telling me when it will be ready and where to go to get it. I drive over and notice that it took me to a different business, Broderick's,and also that the building has been shut down! Me and my friend are stunned. I call the number on the receipt and a different Broderick's location answers, tell me that the location I am at hadbeen closed down for some time. I ask for them to cancel my order and they said they can't find any orders from ChowNow but to contact them. So I do that, and I get a response saying theycan't cancel or refund because the restaurant already made my food and it was too late. I respond back and explain, no, they didnot make anything, the building has been shut down. They respond back and said that lill Joe's refused to refund because on the email confirmation it tells me where to go (and That's where I went, to an abandoned building) and that ChowNow can't do anything to help me, but they apologized for my frustration. So l have no recourse. The restaurant and the online orderingcompany both blame each other and the customer gets no food and is out $25. Terrible customer service. Will never do business with either for the rest of my life and I will be telling everyone Iwork with who asks me where they should eat, to avoid lil joe's unless you want to go on a wild goose chase, and end up with nothing except for a bill.

Place is closed and still taking orders on Postmates, and the address is listed wrong and they don’t answer the phone. Avoid.
