Dunkin' Donuts - West Seneca

The overweight female manager at this location is ill-mannered, uncivil, disrespectful and overall a nightmare to deal with. She was extremely rude to one of the employees at this location (right in front of customers) Thankfully, one of the employees gaveme her first last name, and I have since then reported her to corporate. She needs to be fired ASAP and go work in back officewith her garbage attitude.

The way management was speaking to the employees was downright disgusting considering there was customers in the lobby. Id the to see how they are treated when there aren't customers around.

Breakfast was do fresh Love their coffee best in town. Friendly and courteous staff.

They didn't make the donuts on the sign advertised. Then they didn't have the jelly donuts with powdered sugar. Worst donuts I've ever had! They don't make them like they used to. The server was rude upon check out. He didnt say a word! No thanks, nohave a nice day. Done with Dunkin Donuts!
