Culver's - West St. Paul

11/22/22 waited 23 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and ran after the pay for the take-out, while 6 employees stood around nothing behind the counter. 12 employees in the restaurant and tickets take 20 minutes.

It was okay. My burger was too crispy. Much more than normal, so was not as good as the usual butterburger.

Not them. The best service, but the staff is very polite. The food is generally downhill. Very expensive for a fast food restaurant. Not one of my favorites.

I went through the ride today at 2:40. I waited for my food for almost 20 minutes. You must have obviously forgotten my order, and I would have understood if someone had told me, but nobody did.

I didn't order much. Actually it was only a Lemon Cooler with Strawberry in it. And they must've forgot abt me. Because I sat in the waiting area after paying and watched abt ten cars leave before I finally stopped the kid bringing food out and asked if he could see what the hold up was. He brought it out a couple minutes later and apologized. Which I appreciated him saying.
