Tokyo 23 Hibachi Buffet - West St. Paul

I wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant. The food runs out quickly when it's busy and takes a long time to refill. It's not worth the wait when you end up not getting enough to eat. Even with less than 200 diners, the service is worse than buffets with over 200 people. The food is bland and unseasoned, and even on slow days, they still struggle to keep enough food available.

My family and I went to this restaurant after my sister's graduation and were extremely disappointed. The wait for our food was 15-30 minutes, and the quality was subpar. The fruits were mushy and the food easily got cold, indicating it was likely reheated. There was no one at the front to address our concerns, leading to a 30-minute wait just to speak to someone. The service was inconsistent and slow, with everyone walking around holding their plates waiting for food. Overall, it was a bad experience and we had no appetite to eat there again. We would not recommend this restaurant.
