Feedback gevenIf you are delivering from this McDonalds, you may want to warn your customer, or cancel the order. Expect EXTREMELY long delays. With their lobby closed, and I'm guessing staffing issues, they make all business go through the drive-though. Took close to 45 min to get the food, and it's not like you can get out of the line once you're in it. They really shouldn't be taking mobile or delivery orders if they don't have the staff to run it. Easy fix, SHUT IT OFF ?
I didn't give Mcd's 5 s only because I always have to remind them if they put my bbq sauce in bag for nuggets because last 2 X's I was there they forgot to ?
Terrible service. my order was measured in the manager, he didn't even have the time for me or to fix it. I went through about 2 o'clock on the afternoon on Thursday and the child who took the command didn't even know what he did, hands down the worst mcdonalds ever.
If I could give 0 star ratings I would, this was the WORST experience I’ve ever encountered. We order 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hot and spicy mc chickens and some nuggets. Although I fully understand it takes a little bit longer for chicken to fully cook this was inexcusable. We pull up to the second window and then hand us our drinks that feel super super light. So I check and they weren’t even half full. Let alone completely flat! So we mentioned it to them they said they would get us new ones and told us to pull around the building to wait for a food. So we pulled around and waiting 15 mins for the first bag. Our correct order was on the receipt but the bag of food was completely wrong. And I mentioned it to the guy and he completely walked away. He brings out more food to the car behind us and their order was wrong to. I caught his attention and told him it was wrong so he went to fix it while forget our drinks. This lady comes out and brings our drinks and I tell her our food is wrong. They then proceed to bring yet another bag that was still wrong but gave the first bag to the car behind us. She finally brings our food out and it’s still missing some food. We asked for ranch, we got no ranch along with our drinks we’re still only half full. I’ve never had this bad of an experience with this location this is completely unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Remind you they weren’t busy at all! When we got there only like 3 in drive though.it seriously isn’t hard to get the correct items in the bag.
Bryan took my order and he was absolutely the greatest! He was so super swag and very helpful. His order taking skills are fantastic and he made our night even better.
