Wawa - Westampton

The main reason I'm giving just one star isn't solely due to his inattentiveness; my sandwiches were also poorly assembled and clearly mixed up. He could have done a much better job. When I opened one of the sandwiches, it fell apart completely.

Live next door and for almost 6 months they have storage problems! Especially at night and at night the night service is terrible. Talk and laugh together and never pay attention to the customer. Never moves the line along when it is packed with customers. Very disappointed because it wasn't always that way. But now I'm going to Hainesport/lumberton Wawa. Very disappointed. It is recommended to drive to another Wawa. Or drive the road to 7/11.

The night staff at this location seem conflicted about whether to be rude or lazy, frequently switching between the two. One employee even emerged from the storage room, where they had been eating without washing their hands, to start preparing a long list of neglected deli orders. To make matters worse, they were chewing with their mouth open (and by the way, I believe they were supposed to be wearing a mask, though I don't care about that as much as others might). Overall, it was quite embarrassing. Management appears disinterested, and the latest reviews for this location highlight their incompetence. I recommend going to the Wawa on Route 38, especially if you're planning to visit at night or early in the morning.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a cappuccino and watched employees sitting around doing nothing behind the counter while I waited 15 minutes and nothing. Asked them if they were going to make my drink and they just stared at me. Manager wasn?t helpful at all. Just got my money back and left. Never again.

Nice soggy standards. A simple lettuce, tomato and onion well played as usual at this location.
