Starbucks - Westbank

Amazing team!!! Love their customer focus and store!!!

Parking: A smallish carport nearest Starbucks connected to a large multi-shop car park.

I've been to this Starbucks twice and both times it has been absolutely horrendous. The first time I waited 45 minutes in the drive through and was late for work. I couldn't get out because there was no escape! Once I got my drink, it was cold and had been clearly sitting there for awhile. The next time I went, I ordered a Venti Iced Matcha Tea Latte and there were white floaties all at the bottom. I looked at it and no one offered to fix it even though it looked so disgusting, so I asked the worker if it was normal to have floaties like that and they said yes. I was hesitant but trustworthy and naive so I drove away and tried it, but it was definitely rotten and I had to throw it out. :(I love Starbies but if you're on the West Side, definitely try any other location than this one.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order that was wrong. Every time I have come here Ive waited a minimum of 7 minutes even though each time I place a mobile order.

It's one of my favorite starbucks to attend! Amazing staff all around, always so polite and cheerful 10/10
