Panera Bread - WESTBOROUGH

Horrible Experience. Store manager( her name is Claudia) she was completely unprofessional. My food was lost and i was calling to get this resolved, she kept arguing me over she is not responsible for the food delivery and it will arrive in sometimewhereas in the app it showed it was delivered and the Food wasn?t delivered to me. She didn?t help me at all. Maybe she thoughti was lying for some 16$ food. Completely disappointing and outrageous behaviour and experience. DON?T expect this store to helpyou if incase you lose your food and your money!!!

This is a happening place in the Westborough. Food is delicious specially pizza. I love their caffè latte. Cookies are also delicious. I tried their mediterranean sandwich and trust me that is also very delicious. I visited this place multiple timesand every time I liked their food. I would like to visit again.

Friends were told you must be 18+ to order WATER?! Found that very strange

Over priced my sandwich I don?t know why!!! Really bad customer service

Food was fresh and tasted good. Easy ordering process. Everyone was friendly. Everything you would expect from a large chain. It's a nice option to eat outside but its awkwardly next to the drive thru.
