This location is very hit or miss. You?ll get a different experience pretty much every time. The drive thru is incredibly slow. Even when there?s only 2-3 cars in line, the service is extremely slow. There?s also no way to exit the line if they do not havewhat you want (talked more about below). I realize that pretty much every Dunkin? in the area does this, but they don?t tell youyour order total until you get to the window. I find it frustrating because I would like to know if I need to reload Dunkin? appbefore getting to the window. If I have to wait until I get to the window to reload. I end up holding up the line a bit. Everytime I have gone to this location recently their card readers are broken. Most of the time they?ll accept app payments, but acouple times I have gone they have only accepted cash. It?s very frustrating especially when keeping long lines that you can?tget out of and wasted time in line into account. They tend to be out of a lot of items. I usually chalk it up to its locationbeing apart of commuter?s trips to work and that might make them run out of items faster, but it?s really unfortunate that youhave to wait in the long drive thru line only to be told they?re out of everything you want. Lastly, the workers always soundmonotonous and miserable. It makes you wonder what the working conditions are. Sometimes they?re downright rude while othertimes they sound intensely bored.
Boo! Sign outside states closing time on Sunday is 8:00p yet the doors were locked and the workers leaving out the back door at 6:00p. I hope the owner of this location knows about this. Seems shady because there was no courtesy sign in the door aboutearly closing time.
Be aware when placing walk-in mobile order, sometimes when they are short staffed they close the lobby. Then you?re stuck waiting in an even longer drive thru line than normal. I get that they need to close the lobby, but they need to disable walkin mobile order when they do that.
Rude employees. Waited 15 minutes for a bagel that they accidentally gave to someone else then when i asked where my bagel was the employee gave me a nasty attitude then she still got my order wrong. Made me late to work.
