Starr Boggs - Westhampton Beach

I only had a few years at Starr Boggs, but every single experience was incredible. They did an amazing task to read the table and all our needs in exactly the time and way that felt best for us at night. The food is stellar and perfectly paired, there is never a reason to replace because so much thought goes into the makeup of each dish. The amazing food is only made better by the wonderful sommelier and their ability to give perfect wine pairs. This is a restaurant I want to visit for a long time.

A legendary restaurant. Why would the new owners change the great name of this iconic facility? Is nothing holy? Fauna?! So sad

Found! The best place for dinner in Westhampton, hands down. Owners and chef Starr Boggs welcome locals and males with a warm, familiar smile. The menu is American with an orientation to seafood. I would say the food is fussy (not simply prepared) in a good way as the aromas and spices make the underlying dish burst with taste. The atmosphere is alive, especially in the back bar at a cool night. I recommend the drinks served with fresh juices, they chased a storm right in front of me at the bar. Amazing restaurant and it could be my absolute favorite. Incredible attention is focused on the quality of products, fish and meat. The preparation is just as perfect. I hope it's always there. The biggest problem is the decision to order.

Dinner, cocktail and wine menu very diverse and seasonal. Easily accommodated every diet preference in our group. Especially impressed with the cocktails since most places outside of NYC have very basic options or make weak offerings. Ambiance especially the outdoors is really inviting and sophisticated. Service is also great and on par with what we’re accustomed to in the city. Even the namesake owner himself came by our table for a friendly greeting. Our group of 6 are a diverse multiethnic bunch and our experience was nothing but gracious and enjoyable.
