Feedback gevenAbsolute careless people work there. I asked for a printed entry of my online order. they said that's impossible. well, others can do it. I wonder why these workers do not get training before they are put to the job.
Very nice Starbucks. Food and coffee was great; service was even better. Great outdoor seating area.

Just found out a few days ago that this place supports and possibly sponsors a YouTuber by the name of Trisha paytas. She claims on all her social media that she does work for one of the Starbucks in LA. I doubt she does but She’s not the type of person that should work in this type of establishment with her type of behavior.
I used the online ordering app because this Starbucks is always a nightmare. They always are filling the online orders before in person customers also. Anyway I order it at 11:28 and my order was never filled according to the app. It continuously said “order in progress”. Finally at 11:55 I decided to just go there and finish waiting for my order. Of course I walk in and there are 15 drinks and several food items for “online orders” waiting. Including mine. My sandwiches were soggy and the ice in all my drinks were melting. They messed up both my coffee orders. When we asked the head barista why my app still said order in progress she said “we have no control over the app”. Excuse me?? I would assume when a human makes the order then a human must also tell the computer it’s ready. Not sure the coffee shop is being run by robots quite yet. It was unbelievable.
