Feedback gevenI'm pretty sure they are understaffed. I felt sorry for the employees! All the staff were courteous and kind, but they were overwhelmed by a few rowdy customers. It's a shame that the owner didn't pitch in and assist. Orders were mixed up, resulting in long wait times. Overall, the COVID situation has brought out the best in some people, but the lack of help led to a chaotic and disorganized experience.
My daughter had never been in a McDonald’s before, and when my mom took her in there the staff immediately threw his hand up and called the manager on her, which told her she was only allowed to sit inside if “other customers were in there already”. Take the sign in the window down, they won’t let you sit inside even though it says you can’t.
If there's one thing that defines McDonald's for me, it's the fries (aside from the McDouble). It can be the best in terms of fast food fries. But this place almost never gets it right. I'd say 0 out of 5 tries and I always get them stale or old.
The service since the Manager change has gotten much better. Food tastes better. And there's a better over all atmosphere. Great job.
This review is to shine some light on an employee named Jared. I have noticed him working at this location for about a year now. He is usually there early ams but now it seems he's there at night also. He is always kind, polite and prompt. You can tell he actually cares about the job he is doing and the experience the customers have. In my opinion he is a model employee and deserves recognition for being one. Thank you Jared for being so awesome!
