3 Blossoms Cafe - Westminster

The drinks are unique and have a special taste at this restaurant, but the service is slow. I called at 11:21 to ask when my drinks would be ready and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I fell asleep while waiting and finally received my drinks at 12:06. It seems like they wait until customers show up before making the drinks, which can be frustrating. I think they might have to deal with customers who call but never actually come in.
