Smashburger - Westminster

It's been in this place several times. over 2 years ago pre Covid and not impressed, very bland. Recently I went on several different occasions and food was hot and made with perfection. I understand Post Covid that they had troubled. I'm really happy with her? Colorado? Everything!!! However, I have seen that some very bad customers do not act for any reason. Treat the staff terrible, again on several occasions!. No wonder they're hard to keep people. People in this area seem to be quite rude. I've seen what seems to be fraud before my family. The young men who work there have always treated us properly. Her younger cooktop Covid is great and always ensured that our food was hot and perfectly prepared. He was our cook last few times and was very friendly. We bring the family back to try more! Everything so far was great. Clean and pleasant environment, minus some really terrible customers.

We ordered these burgers because Hocus Pocus two this night on Disney plus premiering. We came out and everything seemed fine until we came home and started eating them. I have a black bean burger because I like them better, but I saw my little brothers were burgers on the inside pink. So I went to see and saw the interior was COMPLETELY RAW!!!! What the hell???? The same problem with my mothers Burger. My father also has a black bean giant, so we didn't have to worry about him. When my father called Smashburger, the guy at the other end tried to worry and said he was sad. We finally have two more burgers for free, but they were also raw!!!! WAS COOKs do they have in this car!!!??????????

We love that they have a gluten-free bungalow! We had regular fries and sweet potato fries, both were really good. Unfortunately, the burgers fell a bit short. They were dry and friendly Blande, which is a bummer because we had good burgers in other places. We'll give him another shot.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken borders were raw...absolutely disgusting and dangerous. I picked up my order and went home. Saw the raw edges of grilled chicken.Immediately called them .They didn't sound very concerned. Almost spoke as if I am lying . Offered my money back (which I haven't received yet btw) Never again. I have already emailed as per instructions in the response to my review. Haven't received any reply from company yet. I am appalled at this behavior.

I had The double Colorado and it was very tasty. My son had The single smash with bacon. The smash fries we're tasty too. Friendly staff and Place Was clean.
