Wendy's - Westminster

If I could give a negative star rating, I absolutely would. I will never spend another cent at this Wendy's again. I went through the drive-thru, and it took 20 minutes. I ordered a bourbon burger and a DOUBLE BACONATOR, but when I got home, I found out they gave me a single baconator instead. They still charged me for a double. If I wanted to throw my money away, I would have just given it to the homeless man on the corner. What a scam. I recommend avoiding that location entirely.

The staff frequently gets orders wrong at this restaurant. When you inform them about the mistake, they respond with an attitude. Additionally, if you call the number on the receipt to speak with a manager, you're met with rude dismissals.

I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could. I ordered a bourbon bacon burger, and when I took a bite, it was completely red and undercooked. The service was equally disappointing; the staff member was quite rude when we inquired about our third drink and second order of fries. It’s unbelievable that after treating customers poorly, they would serve us raw burgers. I've attached pictures as evidence of the uncooked food to show I'm not exaggerating. My kids could have gotten sick if they had taken another bite! They also don’t provide receipts, so I can’t request a refund, but I want one immediately!

I walk in to use thae bathroom and order some food. I had 3 people look me dead in my eyes and not even acknowledge my presents after waiting for 2 minutes and its not even busy.

The fat girl with pimples all over her face that thinks she's a manager is terrible. She lets the young mexican girl at the drive thru cuss customers out an tell you if you don't like it go to another Wendy's. I'm a GM for red lobster so I would love to speak to a GM or a DM about how this place is ran.
