The workers are always so friendly and accommodating and often stay open a couple minutes late to serve me and my friends during our dance practice break. We love the ice cream and we are so thankful for their amazing service!

Our Favorite location, owner is genuinely friendly, welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door. Fast friendly service BUT... I wish they participated in the .85 blizzards and other promotions DQ runs. No Specials at all... Discouraging to people like us who keep your business doors open.

It's like it was 1965. I went to the DQ in Westmont with my 3 grandkids for an after school treat. Unfortunately, I realized I left my wallet at home. We had already placed our order. The owner said, no worries, just call me with your cc number when you get home. NOBODY does that today! Amazing trust! And of course the ice cream was delish.

Online hours said they close at 8:30pm. Store front hours said they close at 9pm. I 'm standing in front of the store at 7:30pm and someone wrote closed on a piece of paper. Not sure if permanently closed or if they just don 't have the staffing to stay open during the normal hours of operation

They charge for every little thing and don’t participate in promotions such as the .85 blizzard or the rewards app.
