Ambiance at the Aberdare - Weston

This is a treasure waiting to be found. Chandeliers, polished floor boards and a quaint little restaurant with a sophisticated menu. The waitresses are friendly and warm. The food is 5 star and all gluten free. The wine list could be more extensive but overall, the atmosphere and menu choices make it a trip well worth it.

What a pleasant surprise from the second you walk in the door. A beautifully restored hotel with chic furnishings and welcoming atmosphere. We were blown away that such a place existed in tiny Weston. As an added bonus everything on the menu is gluten free and around 70% of it is dairy free - a dining delight for those of us who have food intolerances - without the loss of any flavour or texture - absolutely magnificent, well thought out and truly scrumptious menu. We will impressed and definitely be back - keep up the great work.

I had an amazing lunch and tea at this restaurant with a variety of delicious desserts. The service was friendly and welcoming, the food was fresh and tasty, and the outdoor seating provided a relaxing atmosphere.

This restaurant is excellent. The open-faced sandwiches were delicious. However, the mullet dish had a lot of bones. Additionally, the prices were a bit high.

We discovered a charming secret garden at the back of the restaurant. We opted for the special, which included a dessert and your choice of tea or coffee.
