Their freezer section is always stocked with such great stuff to take home too. I have to say though, the real star here though is the standing they make, to die for!
We got food to go went especially for gluten free. Was wonderful.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free selection lion in freezer case.
First time stopping here on way home from Boston. Saw this featured on Chronicle and wanted to try it. Cute little shop with Italian groceries, pasta, fresh made frozen dinners, frozen pizza dough, selection of Italian cookies made locally) and counter to order fresh sandwiches meals.Got 2 specialty pressed ciabatta sandwiches to go and piece of their Sicilian thick pepperoni pizza! Also pint of Italian wedding soup that was very tasty! Sandwiches were loaded with delicious fillings. The owner, Anthony, was very friendly and gave me a free cannoli for my first time there. Great spot for lunch and dinners to go home and cook fresh! You have to stop in! Staff very friendly too. There is some limited seating inside.Parking: It is on The Main Street and there was plenty of parking in front but I am sure it must get busy later in the day.
Food was good but I was honestly shocked to pay $50 for two to-go sandwiches.
The sandwich was incredible, I wish I could have eaten 5 of them. If I lived closer I'd be going here every day to try em all. They could tell I was a new customer and hooked me up with a free cannoli too! The passion shows in their food and service. I don't normally leave reviews but this place is legit. I'll be back every chance I get.
