Lively bar. Good beer. Pleasant staff and decent service. It's a busy place, but you can still hear a conversation.

Our group enjoyed a delicious meal at the CBB Grille Restaurant with all meals that quickly come out, excellent cooked and incredibly looked out. The Steelhead and Duck were the favorites of the group with great imaginative flavors and really good portion sizes. We took a...Neak-Peak-Peak-Peak in the Dessert menu before ordering and decided on Desserts instead of starters. The Parfait and Tiramisu were excellent. The server was very attentive with the takeover of orders, the supply of food and beverages and the cleanup, we will all be back. This is really the hidden jewel in Whistler!

We had a fantastic dining experience at the Hilton Whistler restaurant. We were extremely impressed with the short ribs and steelhead salmon dishes we tried. The Caesars here are a must-try. The food arrived promptly and was prepared perfectly. Our server, Charlotte, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and provided excellent service, despite being awake for 30 hours from an Australian flight. Natalie, our server for the second visit, also did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The environment is very relaxing, you can choose between tables and high peaks. The $4 Happy Hour Wine is a good quality... I guess it was Sandhill Pinot Gris! The cocks are also great! There was a dehydrated orange garnish that impressed me! The mixed nuts were... chic! We will definitely be back! Thanks Zoe! To make our experience unforgettable!

We had the short ribs, steak frites, lobster ravioli, and rib-eye and it was all amazing. The farm salad was lovely and the apple tart was just the right amount of tart and slightly chewy. The sundae funday was absolutely fun and awesome! The waiter...was friendly and helpful. What a lovely experience.
