Best reasonable rate hotel in the City centre. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5

Rooms: Overall for the price the rooms were really nice, the only things that really bothered me were the fact that there were only plugs on 1 side of the bed, and the room was pretty cold Nearby activities: There are a number of really nice restaurants, and pubs near by, as well as the empire theatre Safety: The overall area is pretty safe, occasionally some idiots from the town centre but it’s very safe in general Walkability: It’s 5 10s walk from the train metro station, and the same to the town centre Food drinks: There are some beautiful restaurants near by, namely the fire station, and the city centre and main bar district is within 5 10 mins walk

Staff was so rude, I think specifically Michelle I think was her name is, don’t like Asian ppl, v complain about table is wonky and she started to argue, than another member of staff apologised and fixed the table. Every other month am on business trip and always booked Premier inn but for the future I won’t b. Try avoid if u can, for the future il b giving business to holiday inn. Rooms: 4
