Chicken wings from swiss chalet are terrible thick coating that taste nothing and the wings are small with full of nerves and blood i will never order this again

After spending over a hour trying to get home at start of storm coming, I thought I'd just grab kids and I dinner. Get home, my drink is missing from bag and my daughters kids meal dessert was missing.. Really?

I recently visited the drive-thru and waited for almost 30 minutes on my 30-minute lunch break. When I got to the window, I was not greeted and had to finally decide to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. A drive-thru should not take this long for a simple chicken sandwich with fries! I recommend avoiding the drive-thru if you are on a time crunch for lunch.

I 'm writing this review out of disappointment and anger. I have been ordering from this particular location for several years now, and several times when ordering for delivery, my order arrives missing something. Missing a chalet sauce, a roll, a dessert, etc. When you try to call this location right after your food has arrived, they NEVER answer the phone. On the receipt there is no phone , address or store listed on the receipt. Only a check , the time the online order was placed, and another number that says 20999 Call . Is this the driver who brought the order? I don 't know. What I do know is that when a customer spends $59.00 for a single order, you would expect that the entire order will be delivered. Tonight, another item was missing. This time it was my Swifetti cake. Why am I getting upset? Quite simply, that cake was going to be a special treat for me tonight after a very hard day at work. Will I order from this location in the future? Probably not, because this location seldom even answers the phone unless you call to place an order, and even then they ask you to call back and select 2 to speak to the restaurant directly. When I 've complained in the past about something missing, I 'm told they note my account and send me the missing items on my next order, or a suitable substitute. Done. Very unhappy Senior here.

I come to this location quite often.i usually order my food in advance online and pick it up on my way home after work .very pleasant service! Food never disappoins. Family meal is our go to but we also tried their fried chicken and loved it!
