Update : Bagels ARE NOW $24 PER DOZEN. FYI Katz 's Deli in NYC charges $23.90 for a dozen bagels. This is NOT NYC! About a year ago I stopped by to pick up a dozen bagels and noticed the price is now $20, but it seems like every time I go in the price goes up $2 per dozen. I understand the cost of all ingredients have gone up, but when I made mention of that to the owner, she turned mean and leaned towards me to try to intimidate me and said, you make bagels? She was never friendly, but she backed off when I leaned forward and loudly told her I used to have a bagel shop. Don 't need to be treated like that and there are other bagel shops.

Bagel was good but it was the most expensive I’ve ever seen $5.15 after tax). I guess that they decided that wasn’t enough as it’s now $5.42 after tax. Can’t justify it.

Service is fast but not the friendliest, the food is always excellent. French toast bagel with cinnamon walnut cream cheese is like dessert for breakfast and so worth it!

Friendly staff, calm and comfortable environment. As someone allergic to eggs, it is so hard to find a breakfast sandwich that works for me. Highly recommend getting the veggie sandwich — amazing!

4$ coffee. ridiculous. Great bagel. I would go every day if the coffee was not 4 bucks. I will stick to McDonald's coffee. Other than coffee being 4 bucks nice people great service. Coffee is supposed to bring the people in.
