Feedback geven7 people are working only like 2 people in drive thru and 2 in store tell me why they don't have a simple 2 drink order ready with this many people it's ridiculous hey I love waiting 2o minutes why they stand there and do practically nothing it's not that hard
Ordered coffee in drivethrough. Lid popped off while bringing coffee into my car, burning my hands and spilling over seat. Barista insisted it was my fault and did nothing to help. Finally offered a few napkins. I've gotten coffee in drive-throughs for decades, first time this has happened. Was told Starbucks just started using a new design for lids and this has been happening to other people.
This is one of the nicest starbucks staff. So welcoming and quick to correct any issue.
I literally go here every single day. I tip 20 percent every single time and try hard to be flexible with wait times, wrong drink etc.After today I will drive past this Starbucks and an extra 10 mikes just to never give this location my business.I ordered 2 drinks via mobile order. Went through the drive through and got my drinks. Once I got the frap I immediately knew it was wrong, it has coffee. The worker insisted it did not so I took his word for it. They were slow and literally had one other customer.Had a sip and nope, coffee! I bring it back in and the guy tries to convince me I am wrong! Like what I see and taste are not there! Gaslighting!He sits and argues with me like I really am out here to scam and dang Frap out of Starbucks!Just rude and disgusting! Not the Starbucks cares, but I will never ever spend money at this location again!Oh, and the manager was right there during this interaction. She did not care either.Worst experience ever!I will go to Caribou from now on for my morning coffee. ?
I'm not a tea or coffee drinker, so I usually get a bottle of some kind of juice. The biggest negative for me is that the music is too loud. Hard to converse.
